We aim to deliver all stocked items within 4 working days.

Standard delivery is FREE on all UK orders over £65 and charged at £5.95 per order for orders under £65 (excluding Channel Islands, Ireland and highlands).

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event you incur a problem with the product we have supplied, please contact BabyTots immediately by phone or e-mail (see Contact Page). You will be required to provide a copy of your receipt, please note that proof of a payment is not sufficient. Our suppliers will not repair any item without a copy of your receipt (for security reason we do not keep your details on file).

If it is decided that the goods need to be returned for inspection, this will be at the purchaser's expense. Normally, products are sent to our suppliers for inspection and if it is found that a manufacturing fault exists this will be rectified at our (or our supplier's) expense. At all times, we consider our supplier's decision in relation to complaints as final, as they have more experience in these matters than ourselves. In the event that a fault develops which is not due to a manufacturing fault, the cost of repair and transport will be at the purchaser's expense. We reserve the right to send spares for minor faults, we will require any faulty part to be returned prior to replacement parts being sent.

All our products have a warranty period of six months from the date of purchase regardless of any term that the manufacture may offer.
